ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Fitzgerald Law offers legal services in areas of civil law including employment discrimination, LGBTQ+ issues, civil rights, and other legal issues. Thomas Fitzgerald McCarthy (he/him) is the owner and practicing attorney. Fitzgerald Law is located in West Philadelphia, offering services throughout the state of Pennsylvania. The practice is especially interested in helping marginalized individuals through effective and impactful legal services.
